Zachary Daniel Schmalriede, a loving son, brother and friend, passed away at T. Boone Pickens hospice surrounded by his family on Monday, February 20,2023. He was born to Debbie (Wilson) and Ronnie Schmalriede in Waco, Texas on April 12, 1980. Zachary served one year in the Army. He worked in plastics manufacturing most of his adult life where he made lifelong friends along the way. He worked in plastics plants in Texas, Alabama, South Carolina and Connecticut. Zachary loved work, fishing, the Dallas Cowboys and music. He loved his family and friends he called "family".  Zachary is survived by his father Ronnie Schmalriede (Gayle), his mother Debbie Wilson (Mark), his brothers Brandon Schmalriede and Danny Gee, nieces Brianna, Kinley and nephews Nathan, Kolbie, and Noah. He was predeceased by his paternal and maternal grandparents. Zachary was very loved.
