Beloved Father, Grandfather, and Friend passed from this mortal plane on April 22, 2024. He was born January 12, 1936, in Hillsboro, Texas to parents, William Bartlett Kellum and Julia Gardner.

Q is preceded in death by both parents, brother, Howard Cleveland Kellum, and sons, Oland and Pete Kellum, Wives Francis, Naomi, and Myrna.

He was a member of the Army National Guard of Texas based out of Corsicana, Texas. He was a 60-year member of Garland Masonic Lodge #441, and a member of New Liberty Baptist Church of Garland, Texas.

Q, as most people knew him, worked for the City of Garland for 35+ and retired in the mid 90's. He was married to Francis Mixon and had 5 children, daughter, Charlotte Beardon; sons, Pete, Darvin, Oland, and William ( Bill ) Kellum. In his 2nd marriage, Q was married to Naomi Spradlin and had 1 child, Bart L. Kellum. He met the love of his life in 1996 in Myrna Rose and they were inseparable till her death in 2021.

Q is survived in death by his sister, Patsy Patterson; daughter, Charlotte; sons, Bill, Darvin, and Bart; grandchildren, Wendy, Kyle, Bobby, Johnathon, William, Jr., Red, Trevor, Tammy, Devonne, Oland, Michael, and Amy; and many, many great-grandchildren.
