Tom Kirkland was born on November 18, 1951, passed February 6, 2025.

We choose to remember all the good times. Teaching his children hunting, fishing and camping on road trips were his life and passion. Later in life, while no longer being able to travel he enjoyed just being around family. Covid changed a lot of things, and I think his heart ached for the way things used to be, when we were all so close. He was a son, who loved his parents dearly. A brother who loved his brothers, a father who loved his children. Most of all he was a grandfather who loved his grandchildren and was so proud to see them grow and becoming adults.

Tom is survived by his mother Joann Kirkland, three brothers Robert, Carl and John Kirkland, by his three children David Kirkland, Carissa Jeter and Charlie Hereford. And his grandchildren, Ryan, Linda Ivy, Henry, Payton and Caleb. He was preceded in death by his father Paul Kirkland and brother Joe Kirkland.
