Timothy Woods Robinette

Timothy Woods Robinette, lovingly known as Tim, was born in Dallas, Texas, on April 23, 1963, and passed away on August 31, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.

Tim was a special person whose life was defined not only by the things he accomplished, but by the lives he touched along the way. He had a kind and generous heart and was someone who was always willing to help others. He believed in giving his time, knowledge, and talents to those who needed them, often asking for nothing in return.

Tim was an Eagle Scout, a reflection of the character, dedication, leadership, and spirit of service that remained a part of him throughout his life. He went on to graduate from Texas A&M University with a bachelor's degree, and he carried with him a lifelong love of learning, adventure, and discovery.

He loved to travel and had a wonderful curiosity about the world. He enjoyed experiencing new places, meeting people, and seeing the beauty that existed beyond his own doorstep. His adventures became memories that he carried with him and stories that will live on with those who loved him.

Music was a BIG part of Tim's life. He loved playing the piano, and shared that joy with his family and friends. Much like his mother Betsy, he also had a love for nature and gardening. As a Master Gardener, he loved planting, nurturing, and watching things grow. His garden was more than just plants—it reflected his patience, knowledge, and appreciation for the simple beauty of life.

But perhaps Tim's greatest gift was his heart for people.

He spent much of his life volunteering and helping those in need. He had compassion for people who were struggling and a willingness to step in and make a difference. He understood that sometimes the smallest act of kindness could mean the most to someone, and he gave those acts freely.

To his family, Tim was so much more than his accomplishments. He was a son, a brother, an uncle, and a dear friend. He was part of the stories, laughter, memories, and moments that make a family a family. His absence leaves a place that can never truly be filled.

Tim is survived by his beloved mother, Elizabeth Blais, and her husband, Bruce Blais; his sisters, Anna Lopez and Holly Arnold, and Holly's husband, Bryan Arnold; his nephew, Bret Bui; his nieces, Ariana Thompson and her husband, Collin Thompson, and Alissa Lopez-Nulty and her husband, Jack Nulty; his great-niece, Dylann Thompson; and his great-nephews, Cole and Cage Thompson. He is also survived by his longtime close family friend, Zach Alexander, as well as extended family and many dear friends whose lives were made better simply because they had the privilege of knowing him.

Those who knew Tim will remember his kindness, intelligence, laugh, love of music, passion for gardening, his adventurous spirit, and most of all, the way he cared about people.

Although our hearts are broken by losing him, we are grateful for the years we were given with him and for every memory that will remain with us. We will hear him in the music he loved, see him in the beauty of a garden, remember him in the places he traveled, and feel his presence in the many acts of kindness he left behind.

Tim's journey on this earth has come to an end, but the love he gave and the lives he touched will continue on.

He was deeply loved. He will be sincerely missed, but Tim will never be forgotten.
