Susan Jay Dugan age 64, passed away peacefully early Sunday morning, June 14, 2024, under the care of Hospice in her home. Over the past year, Sue experienced many health challenges, which led to her passing.

Sue was born in Norfolk VA. On Oct 6, 1959, to Don and Jackie Justice and after serval moves settled in Lusby MD. Building a beautiful house on the water next door to her grandparents. She leaves behind the love of her life James K Dugan and they were married on November 24, 1979.

During their almost 45 years of marriage, they were blessed with a son Jon Keith born September 16, 1982, and a daughter Stephanie Jay born March 6, 1990. She is also survived by her stepbrother and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Sue enjoyed growing beautiful flowers and watching Jake try to catch the hummingbirds, squirrels from the back patio. Sue loved talking to everyone and could spend countless hours visiting with her friends from all over the country.

She had a glowing personality and was loved by everyone she met. In the hearts of her husband, son, and daughter, and in the hearts of all who knew her she will be missed and leaves them with many precious memories.
