It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing Mr. Stephen K. Howard, a man of boundless energy and intelligence. Stephen (Steve) was born on August 29, 1948, and transitioned out of this life on December 16, 2025. Through his journey of 77 years, he touched many lives with his wisdom, humor and an unwavering spirit of perseverance.

Steve's legacy of humor, perseverance and learning will be carried forward by those who had the privilege of knowing him. His remarkable life will forever be an inspiration, a testament to the power of an indomitable spirit enthused with curiosity and resilience.

He will be greatly missed and forever remembered.

Steve is predeceased by his father and mother Jack K. and Christine Howard, brother and his wife John F. and Wanda Alianell, and sisters Glenda Romo and Karen White.

He is survived by his spouse, Beth Howard, son Bryan, daughters Shelli and husband; Tiffani Mather; brother Mike; stepchildren, Helena, Don, Valorie, Penny, Denise and many nieces and nephews; grandchildren and great grandchildren.
