Obituary

Sharon Joy Roney

Sharon was born in Clintonville, Wisconsin on June 20th 1955 to mother Clara Dixtator and father Robert (Frenchie) St. Germaine.

Sharon was a member of the Onieda Tribe of Wisconsin and although she wasn't raised on the reservation, she felt connected to the traditions and admired the native costumes and dances.

In her younger years she moved often but preferred her time spent in Iowa where she raised her children, Tim and Tresa, before moving to Texas in 1986. Sharon spent her career as an engineering assistant and line lead until her retirement from Marlow Industries in the early 2000s.

In 1988 she was married to Gary Roney who survives.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, many brothers, including Gordon St. Germaine as well as her son Tim Kiley who passed in 1997. Along with her surviving husband Gary, Sharon is survived by her sister Linda St. Germaine, her loving daughter Tresa Kiley, bonus daughters Julie Smith and Judie Roney, 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandson.
