With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Richard Tobar, who left this world on January 5, 2025, at the age of 37.  Richard was a man of unwavering faith, selfless dedication, and a relentless work ethic, always prioritizing others and the work of God.

Born on October 6, 1987, Richard's life was a testament to hard work, devotion, and love for his family.  His commitment to his faith guided every aspect of his life, and his influence will be felt by all who knew him.  He had a gentle spirit, a heart full of kindness, and a soul dedicated to helping others.  Richard's legacy will continue to inspire those whose lives he touched.

Richard is survived by his beloved sons, Anthony and Mason; his parents, Ismael and Maria Tobar; his brothers, David Cruz and Andres Tobar; and his sister, Beatris Rojo.  His family and friends will forever cherish his memory.

Richard, we find comfort knowing that you are now experiencing the joy of Heaven.  You will be deeply missed, but our hope is to be reunited someday.
