Obituary

Raymondo Carlos Estrello, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on September 10, 2025 at the age of 81. Born and raised in Ganado, Texas, Raymondo grew up in a lively home alongside his 10 siblings and his devoted parents, learning early the values of hard work, family, and faith.

He was the heartbeat of his family—a steadfast provider and protector who placed the well-being of others before his own. He lived a life marked by humility, strength, and service. Whether it was helping a neighbor, mentoring a friend, or simply showing up with no questions asked, Ray gave of himself freely and without hesitation.

A man of deep character and quiet resilience, he found joy in the simple but profound things—traveling, spending time with those he loved most, and caring for the people and animals entrusted to him. His farm was as much a sanctuary as it was a home, shared with his cows, donkey, and his two loyal dogs.

Ray was preceded in death by his cherished daughter Amy Estrello, his parents Victor and Maria Estrello, and 6 siblings. He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Jane Estrello; three devoted daughters, Lisa E. McAdam and husband Eddie, Teena Moore and husband David, and Amanda Estrello; 11 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and 3 beloved sisters. His legacy lives on in their hearts, and in the countless lives he touched with his kindness and steady presence.

Though he is no longer physically with us, Ray's spirit endures in every act of service, every family gathering, and every lesson of strength and humility he taught. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
