Paula Reyes

The name Paula has Latin origins and means "small" and "humble." She was "small" but had a big personality and a big and "humble" heart. She was the daughter of Nicholas Reyes and Petra Rodriguez, and sister of: Efren, Tomasa, Fausta, Victoria, and Eliseo Reyes. Paula was the greatest wife, mother, grandma, aunt, friend her family, and friends could ask for. She was a strong and hardworking mother that put her children and family above everything and everyone else. She met her husband, Eustacio Garcia when she was 16 and had been married to him since 1949. Her husband Eustacio remembers how she loved to dance during her youth. She cared for her children and husband all while running a household of 6 through 10 members of her family all her life. She gave to everyone that asked for help and was an honest, hardworking woman. She is survived by her husband Eustacio Garcia, children: Maria Norma Garcia, Alicia Hernandez, Jose Luis Garcia, nephews Leonardo Reyes, Florentino Reyes, and her 12 grandchildren. Her family was privileged to have known her and had her in their life. May she rest in peace for all eternity.
