Patsy Guinn Brock Conger was born on June 19, 1934, in Blue Ridge, Texas to parents Mitte and James Brock. When she was young, the family moved to Dallas, Texas. She graduated from Sunset High School in Dallas. She married the love of her life, Herman Conger, on February 16, 1952. Shortly after, they moved to Grand Prairie, Texas, added to their family, and created a beautiful life together until Herman's passing in 2013.

Patsy loved cooking and treasured both family recipes and family dinners. She also loved watching sports. In Spring and Summer, you could always catch her watching her Texas Rangers, and in Fall and Winter, her TV was tuned to her Dallas Cowboys.

Patsy was a Christian and loving and kind are words that anyone who had the privilege to know her would use to describe her. Patsy was blessed to have had many aunts, uncles, and cousins; to whom she was very close over the years.

Patsy is preceded in death by her husband, Herman Conger; daughters, Elizabeth Heller and Laura Hobgood; son, James Conger; and Sons-in-law, David Harper and Edward Moore. She is survived by her daughters, Deborah Harper and Rebecca (Becky) Moore; 13 grandkids; many great-grandkids; and family friend Margaret Gonzalez, whom she loved dearly.
