Minnis Cecil McCoy Jr. 83, of Fort Worth Tx, known by family and friends as "Mac" passed away peacefully at home, on Monday morning, December 26, 2022. He is preceded in death by his father Minnis Cecil McCoy Sr., Mother Leona Lora, and Sister, "Donna" Willa Fay. He is survived by his wife of 10 and half years, Mary Louise, Step-daughter Cecilie Engle, her children Nicole & Dylan. Step-daughter Erin Hammel, her husband William and son William Jr., Mac's daughter, Wanda Badder, her husband Brian, and son Zach, Mac's daughter Linda "Deneen" Dugger, her husband Kevin, son Austin, daughter Amber Opawoye, her husband Fatai and their daughter Nailah Rey, Mac's son Mark McCoy, his wife Gretchen, sons Ryan and Alex. And his beloved dog and sidekick Shortie.

Mac was born in Midkiff, West Virginia 0n November 16 ^th, 1939. Following his graduation from High School he enlisted in the Army where he served  8 years in Armored Units as a Sergeant. He re-enlisted with the Air force where he served for 12 years as Technical Sergeant as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, Recruiter, and Security Specialist. In 1978 he retired and was honorably discharged from the service. He then went into his natural gifting of sales, starting with cars, Real Estate, Oil & Gas and eventually ending up in Real Estate investments. A tall man with an easy smile, Mac never really retired. He continued to work with investing and working on his properties. Those closest to him would tell you he was never one to sit still for long. He was a motor-always-running kind of guy. He loved traveling and being outdoors especially working in his yard, he had a knack when it came to planting and gardening.  He was much loved by family and friends and even in-laws would say, "Mac, you will be missed."
