Luciano "Kio" Munos

1945 – 2022

Lucian was born January 7, 1945 in Flatonia, Texas and passed away December 19, 2022 in Lawton, Oklahoma at 77 years old. He was an Army Veteran and a Roofer who loved his family and will be dearly missed.

Luciano "Kio" Munos was a loving, caring, funny, hard-working, husband father brother uncle, grandfather, and boss/mentor. He loved his family so much. He has taught many of us ways of life that will stay with us forever. If he wasn't working, telling a joke, or sleeping you'd probably find him gambling. He has left an amazing impact on every person he's come across. Truly one of the best men anyone could ever meet with tons of wisdom he's left with us along with his silly jokes. Luciano was also very proud of serving our country and will forever be missed.

Kio is survived by his wife, Susie Salazar; sons, Aniseto Munoz, Luciano Munoz II; daughter, Pamela; Brothers, Ernest Munos, Valentine Munos , Mike Munos, and Manuel Munos; sister,- MaryJane Munos; Step children, Peggy Leija, Israel Leija Jr., and Sidney Leija; 15 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Services for Kio will be held Wednesday, January 4 ^th . Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM at Williams Memorial Chapel, and Services will follow at 1:00 PM. Graveside Services will be held at Garland Memorial Park following the service.
