Juanita Viola Trotter aged 99 of Whitehouse Texas went to be with our Lord on May 26,2024, she passed peacefully in her sleep surrounded by her loved ones.

Juanita Viola Trotter was born August 31st, 1924, in Pensacola Florida, she married Hanson James, they shared two children together Lamanda Mcintosh and Norman Clinton James both born in Louisiana. In 1961 Juanita married the love of her life Bernard William Trotter Served in the USMC, USS Lexington New York.

Juanita and Bernard lived in Garland Texas they resided at 1535 Flores Dr Garland Texas 75041

Juanita was an assembly worker at Vero inc in Garland Texas

Bernard had one son Dale Trotter before the reunion of marriage Juanita and Bernard shared one child through adoption Donna Luann Trotter and raised one son Robby Edward Turner.

Juanita will be remembered for her love for God, her devotion to her husband and her unconditional love for her children and grandchildren and family. Juanita was a giver and would always be the first to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

Juanita loved going to her family church, she loved to go on vacations, she loved having get-togethers at her home with her family and friends, she always kept her home open to anyone in need.

Juanita is survived by her daughter Donna Luann Russell husband Scott Prewitt of Forney Texas, her granddaughter Tasha Bittle husband Arthur Bittle of Forney Texas, grandson Ricky Dean Russell Jr  wife Noemi of Forney Texas, son Robby Edward Turner, Wife Cindy Gale Turner, grandson Robby Edward Turner Jr of Tyler Texas granddaughter Carissa Gale Figueroa and husband Andrew Figueroa of Alaska.

Juanita is preceded in Death by her husband Bernard William Trotter, daughter Lamanda Mcintosh, son Norman Clinton James, Grand daughters Brandy Nicole Rodriguez, Deana Renee James and great granddaughter Brittany Renee James.

Juanita had 7 sisters and 4 brothers; she was the last one to gain her wings.

Juanita had 12 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. She also has a lot of nieces and  nephews.

The Family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the nurses and staff of Oak Brook nursing home in Whitehouse Texas for their loving and devoting care for our mother and memaw. The family is grateful to Heart-to-Heart hospice care and her nurse Lauren for her tender services to our beloved mama.
