Joyce Rae Reynolds, age 68, of Garland, TX, was called home to be with her Creator on February 21, 2026, in Rowlett, TX. Born on September 29th, 1957 in Dallas, TX to Ray and Betty Reynolds, she was a devoted follower of Christ and an active member of His Church.

Joyce's unwavering faith and dedication to serving in the Lord's Church began early in life, and throughout her lifetime she touched thousands of lives. Many were led to Christ through her roles as a Bible class teacher, camp counselor, ladies' class teacher, and faithful church member. To know Joyce was to witness a life lived in service to others. There was never an act too small or too big for Joyce if it meant showing love, compassion, and encouragement to those around her.
From giving rides to and from services, to gifts and cards for every occasion, paying for a meal, a call or text, her home cooking, and even her smile that could brighten the darkest day—Joyce lived to glorify God.

Joyce is survived by her sisters, her many nieces and nephews, and countless of her brothers and sisters in Christ who she loved all dearly. She was preceded in death by her parents.

A memorial service will be held at Centerville Road Church of Christ, located at 1102 E. Centerville Road, Garland TX, 75041, on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the church to aid in its work and the ministries it supports.
