John Anderson, 88, passed away on March 13, 2025, in Allen, Texas. Born on September 19, 1936, in Ada, Oklahoma, John lived a full and vibrant life. He proudly served in the Air Force, where he developed a strong sense of camaraderie and discipline that stayed with him throughout his years.

John had a natural gift for conversation and never met a stranger. He loved sharing stories and engaging with those around him, always bringing warmth and humor to any gathering. His passion for the outdoors led him to enjoy boating and fishing—pastimes that brought him both peace and joy. Whether on the water or over a cup of coffee with friends, John cherished the simple pleasures of life.

He is survived by his daughter, Janice Anderson; his grandson, Evan Anderson; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Dana Tesson Anderson, his parents, David and Roberta Anderson, as well as his brothers, Bill Anderson and James Anderson.

John's memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
