Janet Louise Fitz Rondeau, 91, of Forney, Texas went to be with our Lord on June 3, 2023.  She was born on August 29, 1931 in Rockford, Illinois to Gus and Louise Fitz.

Janet moved to Dallas in 1953, as a stewardess for American Airlines.  She met Frank Rondeau and they married on February 12, 1955.  They moved to Garland, Texas in 1962, to raise their 3 children.  Jan was active in many of her children and grandchildren's school and extracurricular activities.  She was also a very active member of Peace Lutheran Church, in Garland, for almost 60 years.  She was known, by many, as Grandma Jan, which she adored.

Janet was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Rondeau and her daughter, Dianne O'Steen.  She is survived by her daughter, Sharon Arnold and son, Charlie Rondeau; grandchildren: Mindi, Brooke, Brittany and Brent; great grandchildren: Dalton, Maylee, Dylan, Jessa, Cole, Everlee, Charlee, Ander and Amberlee and great-great grandchild: Oliver; along with her beloved nieces and nephews.
