Hilaria Velasquez, 60, of Garland, Texas passed away peacefully on September 15, 2025. Born on August 12, 1965 in Poloros La Union El Salvador to Gilberta Velasquez and Valentin Maldonado. She is preceded in death by her mother Gilberta Velasquez, brother Modesto Velasquez, nephew Leonel Pazos Velasquez, and niece Rosa Elena Velasquez. She is survived by her five children, grandchildren, siblings, extended family, and friends.
Hilaria's life was a reflection of the virtuous woman in the Bible's Book of Proverbs. A woman of immense love, wisdom, and faith. Characterized by her courageous spirit, Hilaria was a force to be reckoned with. She will be remembered by her kindness, resilience, countless acts of service, and strong family ties.
Hilaria will be deeply missed by all those who loved her fiercely.

Nació el 12 de Agosto de 1965 en Polorós, La Unión, El Salvador, hija de Gilberta Velásquez y Valentín Maldonado. Le precedieron en la muerte su madre, Gilberta Velásquez, su hermano, Modesto Velásquez, su sobrino, Leonel Pazos Velásquez, y su sobrina, Rosa Elena Velásquez. Le sobreviven sus cinco hijos, nietos, hermanos, familiares y amigos.
La vida de Hilaria fue un reflejo de la mujer virtuosa del libro bíblico de Proverbios. Una mujer de inmenso amor, sabiduría y fe. Caracterizada por su espíritu valiente, Hilaria fue una gran guerrera. La recordaremos por su bondad, resiliencia, innumerables actos de servicio y fuertes lazos familiares.
