1948-2024

Gloria V Gracia passed away on March 16, 2024, in Lavon, TX at the age of 75 surrounded by loved ones.
She was born on December 31, 1948, in Los Ramones, Nuevo Leon to Domingo Valdez and Margarita
Villarreal. She was the third of twelve siblings.

Gloria married Ignacio Gracia on August 29, 1975, in McKinney, TX. Together they shared many
cherished moments and built a life filled with love and many memories. She was of Catholic Faith.
Gloria loved her family. She enjoyed visiting with her family and friends at gatherings. She enjoyed
cookouts, listening to music and just reminiscing and laughing. Gloria loved to dance and play bingo
whenever she got the chance. In her spare-time she enjoyed doing crossword puzzles. She enjoyed
spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Gloria is survived by her husband Ignacio Gracia of Lavon, TX; son, Victor and wife Carla Valdez;
granddaughter Brianna and husband David Morales all of Royse City, TX; daughter, Edith and husband
Glenn Mitroff; grandchildren Daniel and wife Amber Baez; Alex and wife Rachael Mitroff; Andrew
Mitroff; Victor Mitroff all of Lavon, TX; son, Eliasar and wife Macarena Pena of McAllen, TX;
grandchildren Eliasar Pena Jr. of McAllen, TX; Aylin Pena and husband Enrique Sanchez of Grapevine, TX;
Angelina Pena of McAllen, TX; step-son Ignacio Jr. and wife Gloria Gracia; grandchildren Joana Gracia
and husband Angel Chavez; Marlin and wife Bibi Gracia; Noamy Gracia and husband Jordan Colocho; and
Misael Gracia all of Balch Springs, TX; step-son Gustavo and wife Debra Gracia of Fruitvale, TX and
grandson Christopher and wife Cristina Gracia of Tyler, TX. Gloria had 18 great grandchildren and 2
great great grandchildren. Sisters, Ali and husband Jaime Gonzalez of Pharr, TX; Maria and husband Jose
Martinez of Garland, TX; Silvia and husband Simone Vergara of Dallas, TX; brothers, Domingo and wife
Ofelia Valdez of Hidalgo, TX; Rolando Morante of Paris, TX; Silvino Morante and wife Norma Infante of
Mercedes, TX; Javier Morante of Dallas, TX; She is also survived by many other family members including
nieces and nephews.

Gloria is preceded in death by her father Domingo Valdez, her mother Margarita Villarreal, sisters Maria
Albesa Valdez, Margarita Valdez, Irma Leticia Lopez, her brother Alberto Lopez and grandson Rudy
Gracia.

Gloria will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.

Visitation will be held Thursday, March 21, 2024 from 5-8PM at Williams Memorial Chapel. Services will follow on Friday, March 22, 2024 at 2:00PM. Graveside will follow at Garland Memorial Park.

Gloria se casó con Ignacio Gracia el 29 de agosto de 1975, en McKinney, TX. Juntos compartieron
muchos momentos preciados y construyeron una vida llena de amor y muchos recuerdos. Ella era de fe
católica.

Gloria amaba a su familia. Le gustaba visitar a su familia y amigos en las reuniones. Le gustaban las
comidas al aire libre, escuchar música y simplemente recordar y reír. A Gloria le encantaba bailar y jugar
al bingo cada vez que tenía la oportunidad. En su tiempo libre le gustaba hacer crucigramas. Le gustaba
pasar tiempo con sus nietos y bisnietos.

nieta Brianna y su esposo David Morales todos son de Royse City, TX; su hija, Edith y su esposo Glenn
Mitroff; sus nietos Daniel y su esposa Amber Baez; Alex y su esposa Rachael Mitroff; Andrés Mitroff;
Víctor Mitroff, todos son de Lavon, TX; su hijo, Eliasar y su esposa Macarena Peña de McAllen, TX; nietos
Eliasar Peña Jr. de McAllen, TX; Aylin Peña y su esposo Enrique Sánchez de Grapevine, TX; Angelina Peña
de McAllen, TX; sus hijastro Ignacio Jr. y su esposa Gloria Gracia; nietos Joana Gracia y su esposo Ángel
Chávez; Marlin y su esposa Bibi Gracia; Noamy Gracia y esposo Jordan Colocho; y Misael Gracia, todos

La visitación se llevará a cabo el jueves 21 de marzo de 2024 de 5 a 8 p.m. en la Capilla Williams Memorial. Los servicios seguirán el viernes 22 de marzo de 2024 a las 2:00 p.m. A continuación, se celebrará la tumba en el Garland Memorial Park.
