He is survived by his wife, Emiliana Rangel; children: Hallier Rangel & wife Adriana, Cecilia Hernandez & husband Jose Luis, Veronica Rojas & husband Andy, Daniel Rangel & wife Joselyne; grandchildren: Samuel, David, Zurisadai, Justin, Emily, Jose Vicente, Nicolas, Lily; siblings: Sergio, Carmela, Sara, Luz Maria, Guadalupe, Jose, Ruben. Francisco was preceded in death by his parents; siblings: Maria Del Refugio, Valente, Juana. Visitation will be 5:00PM – 8:00PM Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at Williams Funeral Directors. Funeral service will be 3:30PM Thursday, September 28, 2023.
