Elizabeth "Charlie" Latham Park, 65, passed away on January 21, 2023 due to complications of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. Charlie was known as The Caregiver to her loved ones during their times of need, and they in turn cared for her during Charlie's journey through ALS. Charlie was always an artist and during her last years transitioned from textile arts to painting.

Charlie is preceded in death by her mother Neita Nell Latham, father Chester Wayne Latham, and brother Davis Eugene Latham.  Charlie is survived by her husband Steven Jerome Park, her daughters Ashley Diane Park-Brantley and Lisa Marie Park, her sisters Regina Lynn Latham and Mary Beth Porter, her brother Mitchell Wayne Latham, and her nieces and nephews.
