Cody-Wayne Stephen Stewart, 19, was born in Fallon, Nevada on January 11, 2005, to parents James and Kara. He went on to be with his Lord and Savior on May 12, 2024, in Garland, Texas.

Cody was a remarkable person. Everything he did was full of energy and love. Two words that came up time and time again when describing Cody were "Kind and Sweet".  Although his time here was short, he lived his life to the fullest. Cody loved to fish, especially Bass and Catfish. He and his uncle Jeremy did many fishing tournaments together and he cherished their time together. He also had a love for all motorsports whether it be riding motorcycles since he was 14 years old or building hot rods at home. He also enjoyed golf and listening to all kinds of music. Loved his friends and his close group and to spend time with his younger cousins especially his niece Korrah. He had a love of animals, nature, and video games as well. Cody was raised Christian and Baptized with his parents as a child, but more recently made the monumental decision to accept Christ as his personal lord and savior.

Cody is survived by his Mom and Step Dad, Kara And Shaun McLeroy; Dad and Step Mom, Brandon and Michelle Stewart; Older brother, James Stewart; Grandparents, Steve and Kristal Berry, and Jack and Renee Stewart; Uncle, Jeremy McLeroy and wife Kristi; Aunt, Shanna Knight and Husband Glenn as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.

Cody was so giving and would always put others first; he made an impact on everyone he met and will be dearly missed.
