In Loving Memory of Cheryl Lynne Lott

February 1, 1973 – October 16, 2026

Cheryl Lynne Lott (Jones), 53, of Dallas, Texas, passed away on October 16, 2026, leaving behind a lifetime of love, laughter, and beautiful memories for those fortunate enough to have known her.

Born on February 1, 1973, in Dallas, Texas, Cheryl was truly one of a kind. She was fiercely independent, wonderfully unique, and unapologetically herself. She approached life with a fearless spirit, an unmistakable personality, and a heart that seemed to have no limits. Cheryl never felt the need to be like anyone else, and that was one of the many things that made her so special.

Cheryl possessed an extraordinary creative talent and a deep love for art. Whether crafting something by hand or working with wood, she had a remarkable ability to turn ordinary materials into something beautiful. Her creativity was a reflection of who she was: imaginative, gifted, and unafraid to do things her own way. The many things she created will remain treasured reminders of her talent and spirit.

Above all, Cheryl had an incredibly generous and compassionate heart. She treated others with kindness, loved deeply, and had a way of bringing laughter into even the most ordinary moments. Her sense of humor, warmth, and unforgettable personality left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.

Cheryl was also a woman of deep and unwavering faith. She loved the Lord and sought to live her life grounded in her belief in God. Her faith was an important part of who she was, providing strength through life’s challenges and hope beyond them.  She was deeply loved, and her absence will be felt beyond what words can express.

Cheryl is survived by her husband, Andrew Lott, his daughter, Avery Bridges, and her husband, Dylan; her mother and father Cathy and Harold Jones; and her brother, Jeff, his wife, Nikki, and their children, Julian and Penn.

Though her time on earth was far too short, Cheryl’s life was not measured simply by the number of years she lived, but by the love she gave, the lives she touched, and the memories she leaves behind.  She will be remembered for her fearless spirit, her creative hands, her generous heart, her infectious laugh, her unwavering faith, and most of all, for being exactly who God created her to be.

“Well done, good and faithful servant.” — Matthew 25:23
