Carleton W. Heller was born in Dallas Tx on Feb 8, 1939. He passed away in his home with his wife Margot by his side on August 23, 2023, at the age of 84.

He was survived by two brothers, John and Art, and one sister, Leslie Barnes. His wife of 14 years, Margot Heller.

His oldest son, Carl Heller Jr.

Carl had 4 grandchildren, Amanda Taylor, Laurin Henderson, Seth Heller and Zane Heller. He had 4 great-grandchildren as well.

He was predeceased by his youngest son, Tim Heller.

Carl graduated high school from Woodrow Wilson High in 1952 and went on to become an Undergraduate at UT Austin, where he earned his Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

He spent a short time in the aeronautics industry but found that office work and corporate structure just did not suit him. After a short time, he joined his father and two brothers in the Landscaping Industry. Eventually, he bought his own property in Plano and ran his own Custom Landscaping and Irrigation company. The Landscaping business served him well for quite some time. In 1985 he built an Auto Shop for his sons to run, and turned over the Nursery to a renter. He built another building around 1993 and became a Pre-Owned Auto Dealer, a career which he thoroughly enjoyed for the better part of 30 years before retiring.

Over the past ten years, Carl and Margot had the chance to see the world together. There were so many wonderful adventures. Creating memories and enjoying experiences in the final good years that he had. This last decade's adventures, in retrospect, were a beautiful way to cap off a life that was quite well lived. Carl will be deeply missed, and his memories fondly remembered by his friends and family. May Carl rest in peace, walking again in that beautiful place.
