Bobby Don Penny, age 76 of Garland, Texas was born December 28, 1946 in Dallas, Texas; and passed away October 16, 2023 in Garland, Texas. He is Veteran of the United States Army, and retired from Williamson Printing. He is survived by his loving wife, Patsy Penny of Garland, Texas; her three children, Mark Bullock and wife, Patti of Van, Texas, their children, Courtney Bullock of Van, Mark Allen Bullock of Winona, his children, Bo Bullock, Buck Bullock, and Morgan Schnick; Carrie Hambright and husband, Clint of Decatur, Texas, their children, Conner Hambright, Carson Hambright, and Corbin Hambright; step-son, Mike Bullock of Garland, TX, his son Alex Bullock of Garland, and his daughter, Casie Bullock of McKinney; step-daughter, Kristie Cole and husband, Troy, their daughter, Karlie of Forney, Texas, son, Nathan Cole of Forney, Texas; brothers, David Penny and wife, Ginger of Denton, Texas, Winston Penny of Dallas, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Charles Penny.
The family will accept visitors at 9:00 AM Friday, October 20, 2023; with a graveside service to follow at Grove Hill Memorial Park in Dallas at 10:30AM.
