Billie Love Pifer was born April 17, 1933 in McKinney, TX to Matt Love & Ila Bandy Love and passed away January 15, 2024 in Rowlett, TX. She is survived by her daughters: Tena Darlene Barley & husband Clifton, Tammy Love Casstevens & husband JD; grandchildren: Heath Barkley & wife Karlene, Tracy Strickland & husband Kyle, Kari Mosley & husband Jeff, Jay Casstevens & wife Felicia; great-grandchildren: Callie Smith, Weston Duncan, Nicole Warren, Tate Strickland, Taryn Strickland, Noah Mosley, Ford Barkley, Brock Mosley, Christi Getz, Natalie Rose Casstevens, Nathan Patrick Casstevens; great-great-grandchildren: Parker Rose Smith, Jaxson Smith, Mia Warren. Billie was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Pifer; parents; grandson, Matt Casstevens.

Funeral service will be 11:00AM Saturday, January 20, 2024 at New Liberty Baptist Church with a visitation 30 minutes prior. Interment will immediately follow at Garland Memorial Park.
