Asmahan Feghali, aged 85, entered into eternal rest on July 30, 2025, in Garland, Texas. Born on July 6, 1940 in Lebanon, Asmahan lived a joyful life marked by her boundless energy and love for those around her. She was a devoted wife and a wonderful mother, always placing the needs of her family above her own.
Asmahan was a beacon of joy and generosity, touching the lives of many with her big heart, cheerful spirit, compassion, thoughtfulness, and kindness. She had a passion for poetry, often capturing the beauty of life and love in her verses. A talented pianist and dancer and an excellent cook, Asmahan loved entertaining and brought warmth, elegance, grace, and happiness to every gathering. Her home was always open to family and friends, and she made everyone feel welcome and special. Her hospitality was unparalleled. Her beautiful radiant smile could brighten any room.
Asmahan is survived by her beloved children, Carl, Carol, Chris, John, and Joyce and their spouses Michele, Christopher, Carole, Lara, and George, respectively, 12 grandchildren: Christin, Emily, Sophia, Lea, Mia, Serena, Grace, Anthony, Alex, Matthew, Mark and James and her brothers Marwan and Ghassan Jbeily. She was preceded in death by her parents, Emilie and Halim Jbeily, and her husband, Antoine Feghali, to whom she was married for 60 years.
A funeral mass and burial will be held at Williams Funeral Home and Chapel in Garland (1600 S Garland Ave) on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at 10:30 am. We will pray the rosary at 10am in the chapel. Please join us for a mercy lunch after the burial, location TBA. The monthly lebanese mass at OLOL on Saturday, August 9th at 7pm will be dedicated to her.
Asmahan's legacy of unconditional love, tenderness, exceptional grace, and heartfelt kindness will forever be cherished by those who knew her.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the National Scleroderma Foundation at scleroderma.org in Asmahan's memory, honoring her spirit of giving and support for others.
