Abel Jaimes Alonso, Sr., age 53 of Murphy, Texas, was born July 30, 1971 to Gaudencio Alonso and Efren Garcia in Las Anonas, mexico; and passed away June 18, 2025 in Dallas, Texas. He is survived by his wife, Eva Arellano Alonso; children, Abel Alonso, Jr. and wife, Alejandra, Eva Lizbeth Alonso; Asael Alonso; grandchildren, Caraline Alonso and one on the way; siblings, Amado, Elena, Pablo, Golla, Rene, Oralia, Socorro, Gaudencio; mother, Efren Alonso. He is preceded in death by his father, Gaudencio Alonso.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 Saturday, June 28, 2025 in Williams Memorial Chapel, with interment to follow at Garland Memorial Park. The family will accept visitors Friday evening from 6:00-8:00PM at the funeral home, with Rosary to begin at 7:00PM.
