Abdon C. Hernandez

July 30, 1943 – October 9, 2023

Abdon Hernandez, born July 30, 1943 in Mexico, and passed away October 9, 2023 in Rowlett, Texas at 80 years old. Abdon came to the US after marrying his wife of 47 years, Maria. He found work as a tailor in well known clothing stores; such as North Park and Caldwell and Sons. Abdon opened his own business, then later moved to work for K&G Men's Wear. He loved his family and treasured spending time with them. He will be dearly missed.

Abdon is survived by his son, Abdon Hernandez Jr. and Maria Alex Hernandez Cortinas; and four grandchildren.

Visitation for Abdon will be held Friday, October 20th, from 5-8PM with Rosary at 7PM. Services for Abdon will be held the following day, October 21, 2023 at 10:30AM. Interment will follow at Garland Memorial Park.
